This was good but I think you just ripped off Sin City with the black and white theme with splashes of color here and there. It appears that you know Flash pretty well, just try to be a little more original next time.

I also didn't get the ending. It would have been totally rad if he murdered 30,000 people including himself. But he didn't and that's why you get a three.
